    At this place they can't handle the rush. You get a good service when it's not busy but forget it at lunchtime.

    Service has gone from just being fast to being actual service. Automated kiosks make ordering faster whether you want to use them or deal with a person at the counter. Having food brought to your table is great when you are trying to corral kids. A real improvement.
