Restaurant Pacini Gatineau

Friendly staff. Meals were good. 2 reasons why it did not get a perfect review that it was quite slow the service although the waitress was pleasant AND I MISS that homey feel when walking in the restaurant. I know modernization is needed but not it felt like a cold corporate place. But will dine there again

I've been going to this restaurant for almost 6 years now. I cant talk for everyone but when I go there , I feel like a king. Customer service is always on point , always a smile on their faces and they take care of me. There is an all-you-can-eat Bread Bar , enough garlic bread to fill you up. When you go there with proof that it's your birthday , you get a percentage discount equal to your age, so 50 years old = 50% off. Not sure if the Smoked Duck Pizza with Honey is still on the menu , but you have to try it out , one of the best pizza I've eaten.

This restaurant made me fall in love with Italian cuisine. They have a true authentic Italian food. Best vegetarian options. And the customer service is amazing. Great people, great food. Whenever we have a trip to Gatineau, we make sure that we come here.

Pacini is always my place to go for breakfast. We always enjoy the service, food is tasty and the bread bar is just fantastic. One of the owners is really friendly, but the other one a little bit less.

The food, like mentioned earlier, is really good and I never had any issues with it. I personally don't like their lunch/dinner menus but that is just me, a lot of people I know likes lunch and dinner there. Atmosphere is really amazing, it looks fancy inside and they just renovated (like past 5 years) the inside. They have a private lounge for large group completely isolated from the restaurant with closed doors for more intimacy.

The location isn't the best one though, and that's why it's not a 5/5 for me. It's easily accessible, but the parking lot is just awful, it's always overcrowded and they share some of the parking lot with a store next door. I do recommend it, but if you go in group you should carpool!
