Healthy delicious food that accommodates all allergies or food preferences. Owner is very nice and helpful in answering questions about the menu. Good portions. I had the filet mignon in forest sauce & it was very tender and flavorful. I highly recommend it.

I ate here a 2nd time with my family: We recently ate at Allo Cuisto because some of my family members have life threatening allergies, for which they require epipen. Their allergies include: eggs, milk/dairy products, all nuts, gluten, yeast, flax, and corn. The owner made sure to take note of all allergies and prepared our meals for 9 people without any of the allergens and it was all delicious. This is no easy feat! We were seriously impressed and will be back again because it is very difficult finding a restaurant that can provide a safe environment, actual choices instead of just 1 safe item, and still very delicious food. Everyone there is very friendly and there is a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Prices are also reasonable, and there are chicken, beef, fish and seafood options.

Food was made fast, to order, with fresh healthy ingredients. As advertised. It was delicious! A slightly more expensive alternative to fast food. Though worth it if you're health conscious.

Best gluten free restaurant in town with healthy choices and very safe dining environment as the whole place is gluten free certified. Can easily accommodate other intolerance and allergies. The owner is super friendly and prices are affordable.

Love this place! Finally a place I can keep on track with my dietary needs when I come to Montreal to visit. He's amazing and portions out the food to your needs.
