“Delicious and filling meal! We ordered the Breakfast Melt sandwich and the Three Meats Skillet with watermelon smoothie and Fraisinette smoothie. The sandwich and Skillet were very delicious and filling. The sandwich was a bit messy, but worth it. It was served with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, melon) and their amazing home fries. The portions were generous and the smoothies very good as well. Service and was good and waitress was knowledgeable of the menu. We had to wait unusually long for our bill, we actually had to ask for it after 20 minutes of waiting. Recommend dining here, it was a good experience and we are going back.”

“This place is amazing! Food and service are excellent! The best part you can bring your own beer and wine!!! We came in asked to order some beer, the waiter said that we can walk to the IGA and bring our own beer and wine!!!! Excellent! Coming from Ontario, we couldn’t believe this. We took a two minute walk and picked up the beer and came back!!! Enjoyed our drinks and the excellent food!! Definitely come back next time we are in town.”

“Lovely restaurant, nice modern decor! Took my family for supper, they enjoyed the plates and food. Service was a bit slow but the waiters were very polite and pleasant. Would not recommend it for vegans, as my only option was to eat grilled vegetables that were most likely cooked alongside with meat :( so I didn't even finish them ...but... Overall good place, great ambiance for family!”

“I like everything about Five Guys! Real patties cooked to order will ensure freshness and that meat doesn't look like fake. All ingredients are fresh and added at your request. My best is the single patty with bacon (which is super crispy and not soggy). The fries are very good and they are extremely generous. The Cajun spices for the fries is really good and they have malt vinegar (which is rare in Quebec) Only complaint (and not a real one) is that you cannot eat this in your car as it is too messy :)”

“Interesting concept doomed to failure. The restaurant offers a menu with no theme whatsoever. Just a bunch of things that people in the West Island might think is fancy. At its core though, this is a family restaurant not unlike marathons just next door. Look, you're not going to get anything all that amazing here, but you'll be happy with the rest. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, the service was great. Everyone in my family left satisfied. Overall, good, but the food offered can use less variety and taste better. Very sub urban American style place akin to olive Garden.”

“This sandwich shop has a cheese and meat slicer. It has this fresh feel to the food. They have a popular condiment called Dagwood sauce, but I am not a big fan of oil, vinegar and spices. However, people like it. The young employees at this location are always friendly, welcoming and talkative. They do a good job and take pride in their creativity. Definitely worth a visit if you want a healthy and quick lunch.”

“It was a Raptors game night, when we went to Jacks. The restaurant was pretty much full house but we got a table in around 4-5 minutes. Everyone knows Jack Astor's and there is no need to explain the details of the restaurant and the ambiance, so I will directly go to the food and the service. The food was good ( and we know how ginormous are the portions served). The only thing went wrong was with the drink. The server got one of our drink wrong which was eventually replaced but the wait time was long for the replacement.”
