Ben & Florentine

My sister and I went today for breakfast. We were not disapointed. The food was good and waitress polite and attentive. Only thing to say was that I had poached eggs and they were a bit raw and barely warm. I’m sure just a timing thing in the kitchen. Loved having onions in my potatoes but be aware that this is extra cost - but worth it. Place was very clean and nice. Wonderful breakfast stop. The portion is great for reasonable price. Serivice was responsive and welcoming. They serve brunch too but I only had their breakfast.

I went in for breakfast a couple times this week and I ordered a avocado lox and my wife ordered a BBQ skillet and although we have been here and ordered the same thing many times before , this time everything looked like it had a professional touch and the food tasted amazing. When commenting on how good everything was, we were told that it was made by the new chef Edward.....Thank you!

overall experience: pretty good but nothing exceptional, great for a casual breakfast.

The good: plates are filling, prices are reasonable. I had the bacon and cheddar crêpe which was very good. Vegetarian and gluten free options.

The bad: I was looking for a signature dish or something new that I haven’t tried, wasn’t able to find it. Similar menu to other breakfast places
