.. no refund needed .. I paid .. I tried .. I reviewed.. we have met...once at st Charles location.. ( i live on hymus and Eaton... 5 min away) I have purchased various products from your original location... and have evaluated them... my remarks stand.. when i asked you ( owner) about getting "sangwich" on better (other ) bread than what you offer.. your reply was... and i paraphrase.. " we (i) do it this way.. and i always have.. so no need to adapt".
My comments on price and quality stand...
