La Trattoria

La Trattoria did a fantastic catering job for my birthday; my friends were quite impressed with their drop dead delicious sandwiches and pizzas! The customer service was excellent and they were beyond helpful. I highly recommend this authentic little place to everyone who wants quality food for a reasonable price!

The server was so patient when I told her that it was my first time at this establishment. She came from behind the counter described every item and was overall very pleasant. The prices at first seemed a little bit high but the sandwich was of good quality. I do look forward to try and see huge meatballs which can be made into a sandwich as well. The hot sauce that I got on the side, fearing it would be too hot, was just right. I also bought a baguette that was ok. The pizzas also looked very fresh. We will return.

It took over the location of the old Tamara and they have fixed up the place a bit to improve the ambience. The lighting could be lowered a bit, and candles on the table at night would be a nice touch, but overall it is a big improvement. The food was very reasonably priced and excellent. The cod dish which was a new addition to the menu was very good, and the fresh pasta was cooked perfectly. Not a big wine list, but decent every day wines at a reasonable price. Well worth a try.

Amazing local Italian bakery convinently located with amazing products. Great breads, pizzas and to die for sandwiches! Friendly staff and don't forget a fresh espresso while there!

How do you attract people to a small deli in Kirkland? Make awesome food and have excellent fast service. This is the reason why you come by La Trattoria at lunch time and find a line up of people. Other than a deli counter offering fresh sandwiches, pizza's and a few hot items are a deli counter of cheeses and charcuterioyas you pay for your items. Parking can be tricky, but keep at it and you'll find a spot. Oh, and if the weather is nice, you can sit outside and eat your lunch.
