Le Flamant

Wonderful dining experience. We sat at the bar right by the kitchen. Love watching the magic of food prep and the staff were so open to answering all our questions around what they were making. We had the menu degustation with the wine pairing. Couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was homey and interesting at the same time. The drinks were perfectly paired. Everyone was so, so lovely. If I could add another star, I would!

After a long travel day to Montréal, and being new to the city, we stumbled upon Le Flamant. Max and his staff were incredibly gracious and kind to serve us and our daughter even though they were closing in less than 30 minutes, and made every effort to make us feel welcome. They were flexible, easily navigated food allergies, and even took the time to get to know us and make recommendations for other things to see and do in the city.

On top of it all, the food was flavorful and fresh.

What else can I say, except, make sure you take the opportunity to visit Max and his crew at Le Flamant when you’re in Montréal. You and your appetite will be well-cared for!

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend for our date night. Let me first say as soon as i walked into the place I love the energy, its clean and modern. As soon as we sat down we were warmly greeted by the staff, it was suggested to let the mixologist created one of his drinks. Omg!! I was blown away, never have I tasted something so delicious. I totally recommend this place with for dinner or cocktails. Definitely coming back!!

Passionate chefs and staff! Original Food and drinks Vegan options available. Place looks very modern. Must try!

The Flammant mixes that perfect feeling of hospitality with a staff that transcends its pride in serving lovingly crafted dishes with handpicked wines and spirits. We spent a few hours surrounded by people who literally became family within the space of the four service 35$ per person to-share meal. We will visit again, many times, in the next few months.
