    I know it gets alot of flow through because of cinema but it really needs to be cleaner.???? Service quick and friendly.

    It's McDonald's. You know what's expected. I only wish their receipt printers at the kiosks were more reliable.

    Even when it's slow your food takes awhile. I never order from the counter only ever from the automated screens but it can still sometimes take longer than it should. Other than that it's nothing special as far as McDonald's go. Depending on the day, time, staff determines how clean the tables are, as well as the events happening downtown. Because it's right at the bell centre it can get overwhelmingly busy when events are happening. Washrooms are reliably unreliable on cleanliness but have never been a disaster.
