This Soup Special was probably the best serving i was given ever since i ate here. I was greeted with iced water and ample serving of sprouts, fresh thai basil and two fresh slices of lime. The soup was served fast and presented well with a clear, dark and surprisingly very hot broth giving a mild beefy, salty taste on its own whose flavor was further intensified with a squeeze of lime and sriracha creating a balance of spice and sourness with the broth which clung to the noodle with every slurp. Slices of beef, thin tripe, two halves of springy beef balls and savory fat were sufficient on the small serving i ordered. It was a satisfyng meal with speedy service with a humble asian ambiance.
It's my goto place for pho! It's not exactly a perfect dining experience but I really don't care because I just enjoy the food that much. Been coming here for years and I'm going to happily continue doing so!
The soup was Amazing even they don't understand much what you ordering but the noodles love the taste. Good place for tonkinoise soup. Love it I recommended from all the ones close to this place is the best small restaurant but good food.
Best pho of Cote-des-Neiges. Real meaty broth and not just a load of MSG. Loads of choices instead of the usual beef pho. (They have pho bo kho, banh canh, bun bo hue, etc.) Their bubble teas are incredible! Unbeatable prices. I always go here for my pho.
Never got sick eating here. Family run buisness . inexpensive. Good vibe.
