TAKASHI SUSHI GRILL & TAPAS

Very nice place and exquisite plates! A1 service provided by Raffi. Came here for a family supper and it was great! We ate like kings and queens for a decent price! Kids friendly as well with their menu. My favorite is definitely the besame mucho roll! You need to try the spicy octopus in sashimi (not on the list but you can request the chef to make it!) only downside is there is no sea urchin or hamachi on the menu. Would be great if they can add a roll with foie gras or a torched salmon with foie gras!

Wonderful resto in the St Leonard area that is BYOW. Very good food with great tasteful options. I was impressed. Vibe and ambiance is nice as well. Gives the downtown feel in the east end. Calamari option was delicious when I was there last time. Every place will have choices you like and dislike but I'm sure there's more to like here. Staff was very helpful and again its BYOW with descent food so what's too complain about. Some reviews here are quite harsh giving this place in 1* . I will surely be back and I travel from Little Italy and recommend this place to my east end friends/family.

Tasty, inventive and interesting Asian Tapas menu. Sushi are also always quite good. The service is quick and friendly and the waitstaff always offer to, and easily explain menu items. We usually sit outside on the terrace, but since it was chilly and quite windy, we sat inside this time. Debating whether to remove one or 2 stars because the music became really loud as the evening progressed to the point that we had to practically shout to each other to be heard. We therefore left after the mains and had coffee and dessert elsewhere, which actually turned out to be worth the displacement.

Great food. Came here by chance in February - we loved it so much we brought our 19 year old daughter for a birthday dinner.
She loved it. The appetizers, the sushi, the dessert, everything delicious. The service second to none.
We will be back again.
