We were a group of 50 for a high school reunion event. We reserved in advance and were offered a fix menu or a la carte. We choice a la carte. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. for our 7 p.m. reservation and our 50 places were ready. Spread over 4 large tables. 2 waiters were assigned to our group. Service was good and meals and drinks were delivered promptly. Billing was separate so everyone paid their own and there was no calculating to do. Thanks for a great evening. Only draw back is too many televisions that cast bright light over the tables. The patio was not open.
The most special thing about this place is the stone walls and fireplace.it's pretty much ruined with all the large televisions all over the place like a tacky sports bar. The menu was like any other place with subs, burgers, hot chicken and fish'n'chips. The waitress took a very long time, and we weren't greeted by anyone upon arrival. Food was average, but I heard it used to be amazing and had value. Beer selection: decent, but no microbrews. I might go back.
Food was good if you're looking for fried food or meat dishes. Nothing much for vegans, a few options for vegetarians. Poutine was good.
My wife and I went there for a quick dinner. Service was very good and our waitress Anne was friendly. I ordered a BLT and she recommended a combo special which was a chicken BLT and included a beer and fries. It was only $2-3 more and the piece of chicken was huge.
My wife had French onion soup which was also good.
Oh boy... so first off... Le Manoir has been around for a long time. Sadly, the better days have passed them. It's not horrible, but it not good either. I payed $16 for prime rib and it was 3 thinly sliced overcooked pieces of beef. Sigh. I'd rather one thicker slice cooked medium. No horseradish. This is one example, but you can order anything off the menu and it just seems like it's never good enough. Depending on when you come by, the service can be very slow. Other days, it's just right. Tones of parking. Wheelchair accessible.
