    Real french canadian classic poutine with cheese curds and brown gravy sauce over hand cut french fries. Absolutely fabulous if you have the stomach for it ????

    I had never had poutine before. Now I have. It was pretty good but once every so often is enough.

    I was born and raised in Quebec city... Now living in the USA.

    Each time I visit Quebec with the family, I am requested to stop by for a Poutine.... No matter the time (Day or Night).

    Ashton has good poutine. In my opinion, their ups are for the quality of their cheese curds... But I would rather crispier fries.

    Anyhway, great place for good old Quebec Poutine!!!
