Harvey's

I went with the family for lunch and it was rush hour. I went very fast in the line up, the cashier was super effective and polite not rushing eventhough he was quick on taking orders with a smile. The cook behind was preparing the burger with care and also showing a good attitude. Finally we chose how we dressed our burger and condiments very abundant and fresh. Again served with care and smile from a guy that, again, seemed careful of his tasks. A second guy arrived to prepare the burger for the person waitibg next to us since we were 3 persons and taking more time. The food was ready in a few minutes only and its taste great. I salute the good work of those who were working today Tuesday lunch time. The bathroom were clean and tables washed. The place is well set to eat and you dont smell burger on your way out. Thats appreciable! To the 4 boys I saw there working during lunch time I'd like to say ; good job guys :) Petit point à améliorer; recyclage pour les poubelles.

Good burgers with a variety of condiments to customize yours.

I love Harvey's burgers, I really do. It had been several months since my SO and i had been there, and we needed a treat. Sometimes you just need a messy, juicy burger, and Harvey's delivers that with flying colours.

The reason I'm not able to give them 5 stars is because I'm sure they're violating several health regulations in the handling of our food.

The young girl in the back, preparing all the food items, was not wearing gloves, at all. We witnessed her dropping a fry box, picking it up off the floor, filling it with fries, and then placing it on the delivery rack. If she had washed her hands at that time, I think I could have overlooked the situation. But she didn't.

She then proceeded to place raw bacon on the grill, then some raw burger patties, and then some buns. She continued to build burgers and place them on the rack for pick up.

Thankfully, the gentleman preparing our burgers, and waiting on the drive through window, was wearing gloves, and changing to new ones frequently.

I thought there were rules in place about handling raw foods, especially meats. Maybe I'm wrong. I know we won't be returning there anytime soon.
