1st the pros: Lovely place, huge parking lot & plenty of space for buses. Nice ambiance with a deck to your room & food is good but expensive. The service is impeccable and friendly.

Now the cons: It's a family place. Kids, kids & kids all over. Kids being kids, it's not a quiet place. From 9 am till 9pm it's non stop plus you have kids running in hallways. It's a 2 to 3 level place depending where you are and there's no elevators.
Now since it's such a humongous place, be prepared to walk, a lot...

Great family rooms, breakfast is good but not a gastronomy experience: it's super kid friendly. Nice indoor tropical garden and pool. Pool was clean but Spa was dirty.

Decent rooms... just that one building wing of their property does not have microwaves, gets very inconvenient. Few rooms have direct access to your car, so it becomes very helpful for your stopover kind on quick stays.. Make sure you call before hand and ask for those.

The staff are very friendly and bilingual. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a unique layout. The only issue is that the air condition is a bit loud and goes off on random which disturbed the sleep a little. Other than that is was a pleasurable experience.
