La Galette Libanaise

We visited the restaurant on St-Jean and loved everything we had - falafel and gyro sandwiches, couscous, and pistachio pastry. Everything was really tasty and flavorful, and the sandwiches were generous portions for the price. A good value does not seem typical for Rue St-Jean, so finding this place was a real treat. The service was really excellent - the woman who took our order, prepared and served our food was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback that we experienced is that the restaurant doesn’t have a great dining room. The interior has more of a fast-food vibe than one might desire after a long day of sightseeing.

I was hoping it was going to be better. I love Lebanese and middle east flavors. This place was just ok. Flavors were mute and I was slightly disappointed. Wasn't bad...just ok.

Fantastic place. They bake their own bread as soon as you order! My family tried a few different wraps and all were very pleased. Very affordable high quality food and the owner was very friendly and helpful.
