We decided to treat ourselves to a wine pairing dinner and this restaurant had great reviews! The reviews told the truth! First of all you walk in and immediately meet the chef and his team. They give a very warm welcome. I also love that he (Raphael) and his sister (Laurie) took over the almost 30 yr business from their parents and continued on. What an amazing dinner experience. I had the 5 (actually 10) course wine pairing dinner and my friend had 3(6) as she is a vegetarian!

This place is spectacular! One of the best meals I've ever eaten. Food was fantastic, we ate from all 5 themes offered, which were 10 plates to try. The sommelier wine pairings were very well done. This was an experience that will never be forgotten.

This is an excellent restaurant of Michelin-star quality. My partner and I had the 5-course option (there is also an 11-course option). I also recommend the wine pairings. There are two options for the wine pairings - "Classic" or "New World". I recommend the "Classic" which offers higher quality wines. I was blown away by some of the unique flavors, both in the meals and the wine pairings. My favorite was a pana cotta made of Grey Owl cheese. The service is outstanding.

Not sure if this one has any Michelin stars but it definitely ought to. Service is spectacular. Right from the beginning when you enter the doors: you are greeted with an immediate surprise. Staff provided an unforgettable experience. The food was fantastic. Had the five-theme dégustation meal. Very original dishes with extremely fresh ingredients. The lobster dishes were to die for. Had the wine pairing as well: great selection and complimented the dishes very well. Highly recommended.
