Bilingual staff was a big help (experiences in other places were mostly French speaking). Affordable lodging just a few minutes drive from the old City. Room was clean, adequate and everything worked. Indoor pool for the kids. Buffet in the restaurant was good.
Good for young families, or out of town sports teams. Convenient to highways just off the main bridges at the Western edge of Quebec City. Major shopping mall a short drive to the East. Small pool but overall attractive indoor courtyard especially for young children. Sunday buffet is ok, nothing special.
I’ve stayed here many times.
It’s not a great business hotel, but a family getaway. I stopped staying here because it’s too noisy for me.
If you’re taking kids they will never forget their experience. From an indoor tropical pool with slides, games, hot tub to a free cinema, a pod arcade, a semi I door parking if you know how to find it :0).
The only downfall is the noise from excited kids running up and down the halls along with a restaurant I personally did not like and a sad over lite bar with poker machines.
If you stay here you’ll be minutes from the mall. You can walk but I recommend driving. You’ll also be a driving distance from restaurants, again you can walk but it’s not that close unless McDonald’s is what you’re looking for.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. So many activities for children, non stop entertainment for my kids. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is that I was sitting on our balcony at 2300 and the handle for the door broke. I was trapped outside of my room in my pajamas with wet hair. Luckily I was on the first floor of the atrium and climbed over the railing and cut through the garden. I was embarrassed to be in my pajamas walking around. I was lucky that the front door to our room had a broken lock. Even though my children were sleeping and my key card in the room I could push the door open. We found our front door would lock with a lot of force and effort. We notified the front desk and the problems were solved.
