“The service was very good. There are happy employees who love their job here. The food was good. There was a crying baby during our meal which was disturbing. Why people are rude enough to do this? Ruin my outing for that! This is a Bistro. Not really for kids. After paying for the meal with a credit card ,the server obviously saw the tip was not included in that transaction. Usually I leave the tip in cash because I have difficulty with these machines because there are some many different models & it becomes confusing & frustrating. ( Also in this cause it was quite dark inside the Bistro. One the table you have a very small candle to see with. ) The waiter actually asked for his tip. Oooooh. Needless to say, there is no way in hell that I would return to eat a meal there! Never.”

Place can become crowded very quickly during lunch time and tray carts may become easily overloaded, giving the impression of an abandoned place - but they try to take good care of it. Waiting time, however, is often on the long side, which can be annoying sometimes, especially when you see later customers being served faster.”

“During my recent 3 say vacation stop in Quebec city I found this gem. Looking for a good smoke meat sandwich and fries resulted in a trip to L'Immedia (thanks to the Internet). The meat was flavourful, tender and hand sliced to perfect portions. The fries were excellent and the best I found in a 21 day vacation in eastern Canada. A good selection of beverages was availalble. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was an thoroughly enjoyable experience. So much so I return 2 more times before I moved on.”

My opinion is that it's best to avoid fridays and the weekend not only to avoid crazy busy times but more cost effective. “Went for a late breakfast, noon time waited approximately 6 minutes. Found us a nice seating area even though the restaurant was full. We ordered within 5 minutes coffee on the table within 2 minutes and our plates in about 7 minutes. Pleasant host as well as the waitress, for being that busy, they didn't skip a beat. Highly recommended, clean and charming and plenty of parking since it is situated in the mall.”
