    The staff is very nice and thoughtful, the food is very good and my celiac girlfriend had no problem eating there! (Usually it's a hassle) we will come back here next year, for sure.

    This sugar shack is a little gem. Excellent food and service compared to the larger scale shacks. Will definitely go back.

    Very nice smaller kind of sugar shack. The food was great from the start. The pea soup had big chunks of ham and tasted of fresh thyme, the omelette was tasty with herbs, the ham was of really good quality. The beans were dark and tasted of maple syrup. The cretons were so good that I bought some for home. The same with their pickles. The desserts were numerous and really well presented.
    The only minus thing was the sausages cooked in syrup. As everything was homemade, I was expecting the same for their sausages. It would have been nice to have pork and beef or veal homemade sausages.
    And you could take all the leftovers home in contenants brought from home. They even remind you when you phone for reservations.

    All together a really nice little sugar shack.
