(July 14, 2019, 7:00 pm)When I first discovered a shishtaouk restaurant next to my place I was very enthused.
My first experience there went well I would say, they greet, smile and food is good (7/10)
Now it's been probably a month since then and I've been there about 4 or 5 times.
Today was the last one.
The reason is that I find it unacceptable for a teller to ask for your bank card so he can insert it himself and enable the tip menu even tough it is a take out !!!
I did not leave a tip this time.
After paying, the teller ignored me not responding to my goodbye and that's the worse thing you can do to a customer that just put some money on your pockets!
Nobody deserves bad vibes after a long day of work !
Update:
Given the Chef Taouk s reply I felt obliged to meet them half way and adjust my review to 3 stars.
In the end nobody's perfect and we all have our bad days. -

(April 9, 2019, 11:42 pm)Delicious ,simple and quick. This is the BEST Shis taouk within the region. Food is delicious and the garlic sauce is profound.If you haven't tried it , its definitely worth it.
