Le Chou de Bruxelles

On our way to Quebec City this was recommended as having excellent quality and affordability. They were not wrong this was probably the best meal we had on our entire trip. We each had the Table d'hôte food was prepared to order and arrived in a timely fashion. We were lucky to get seated as a walk-in so I would highly recommend making a reservation.

Amazing food, friendly and efficient service at some of the best prices in the industry. We come at least once a year when we are in the region and are always amazed.

Phenomenal place! Great food! Terrific service! Bring your own wine. Reservations needed. The Turbot waterzooï, scallops and shrimps were great as were the many selections of mussels. Add the smoked salmon for a really nice treat!

This is truly and amazing place. The salmon carpaccio appetizer and rabbit tarragon entree are to die for. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

I've been going to the Choi de Bruxelles ever since I was a teenager. The food, the service, the ambiance are always great! Bonus, you can bring your own wine! You have to reserve in advance though, it his always full (but separated in a way that it's not too noisy). You have to try it! One of the best restaurant in the Eastern townships at a decent price. We have been going there for years and it is always a great classy cuisine experience. From the entree to the dessert, it is just perfect. Bonus: you bring your own wine.
