    Je l’ai déjà dit et je le répète..baumann est un restaurant magnifique, un must, le meilleure dans cette ville!! I fell in love with this restaurant the day it opened and been coming back ever since! Amazingly fresh ingredients with a smart twist! The staff is very helpful and understanding! Would 100% come back

    My favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke, service and food is amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially the blind Degustation Bauman.

    Wow, incredible food! High cuisine (rather than smokehouse dishes)! People say it’s pricey because they expect a smokehouse but you’ll never find an equivalent meal anywhere else and certainly not at this price! Take the time to question the owners waiting on you about the love and dedication they have put in to offer these unbelievable products! Their stories for each dish are amazing! Thanks so much for an unforgettable meal! Choose the discovery menu!!!!

    Me, Goretex inventor, and the famous Ismael Vibram ate our best food ever at Baumann. Just fantastic!

    Excellent experience! The food was amazing, the cornbread is to die for as is the beef shoulder. Service is friendly and drinks are well made. Will definitely come back.
