Friendly Staff was apologizing before taking our order, as we came at a busy time with a few orders infront of us, and offered suggestions when asked about different flavors. Before handing over our boxes, a visual inspection by the last person noticed that one roll was looking a bit loose, so a new one was made to be sure it was up to the standard we expect from a great sushi place.
