This is a great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

The vibe is funky with lots of interesting things to look at. The bathrooms are unique.

Our server was friendly and helpful. The manager stopped by our table, and coincidentally, the owners were around.

The food is divine. The menu is limited compared to the other locations, but in a few weeks, the regular menu will be available at this location. There's a kids' menu.

The food is plentiful and delicious. My toasted baguette was delicious! I ordered "The Indecisive", because I couldn't make up my mind. The nutella coffee was amazing, the eggs were great.

The ham is spectacular as is the pecan French toast (it's heavenly). The carrot cake pancakes were divine.

I'll be coming back a lot to this place and recommend it without hesitation.

Unlike many popular brunch places which lack a good selection of quality drinks, L'Avenue has one of the finest with something for everyone - worth even stopping by just for that! Their Nutella Café is definitely my favourite - an absolute must for chocolate lovers...
Overall, an excellent new addition to the South Shore - a buzzing brunch place with a great vibe, ideal for the younger crowds... something which this side of the city certainly has been missing!

One of the best destinations to have brunch and to escape the crowd of downtown Montreal. The interior decoration is fantastic, the food was so fresh and delicious. The only bad thing about the place is that they don’t have much variety for meat, everything they use is pork.
