    Last night, I rediscovered some old friend and discovered a true hidden gem in the heart of Vieux Ste-Rose which merits high recognition. Chef Gerald is a master of culinary art and, together with his staff(Josée), they have achieved a symphonic balance, where your eyes will be on an adventure and every papillae"s on your tongue will be awaken for this symphony of taste. It was my parents Birthday and I wanted to do something special for them, at 77 and 79 my dad said it was the best meal of is life! So a big thank you to the chef Gerald, Anne and José for this memorable evening.. C'etais vraiment incroyable..
