Papa John's Pizza

I stopped by and picked up pizza twice in 2 weeks from this restaurant. I recommend you get the largest pizza they make. You will love it so much that you will wish you have leftovers for your fridge for the next 2 days because of you can you’ll find yourself eating that for the next 2 days. And you’ll have a smile on your face while doing it. Super nice accommodating staff. Fast service and nice to see a team of people all working and smiling ear to ear. Makes me want to go back and get more pizza.

The pizza tastes good.

However, the sizes are wrong. I measured the pizza and it was 2 inches off. If you buy a 14" pizza, you'll get a 12" pizza. Their boxes are misleading.

Don't get fooled. Rise above, don't make my mistakes.

So thrilled there’s a Papa Johns near by! Ordered a four meat topping pizza, it was soooo delicious. They even gave us a garlic/butter sauce which was perfect! It was a little annoying though that their menu wasn’t up on the screen and we were limited to looking at the brochure.

I actually had a terrible experience at first. So, why the 5 star review?
Well, I made an online order not knowing that this was opening week (I'm from out of town). Due to this, and the overwhelming amount of customers, let's just say that my experience was long and less than pleasant.
Here's where they get their 5 stars. Later that evening, the owner personally called to apologize, he even offered to come to my hotel and personally reimburse me. I didn't make him do that, but did agree the meet him the next day. He had closed the store to hire and train new staff, but took the time to meet with me and apologize and make things right.
As much as my meal experience was less than ideal, it's somewhat understandable given the circumstances. However, I have never received this level of follow up customer service before. They've earned themselves a second chance from me. Oh, and the food that eventually arrived was just as good as any Papa Johns in the country.
