The menu is same as the other location and its the same owner , she is always very kind and hardworking. The place has a more modern look than the other location but is a lot smaller making it really tight for the table seatings. I was seated near the window/door which was really uncomfortable with the heat from the sun and with all the people going in and out . The place gets really packed with office workers . The food taste the same, good place if you’re in a hurry.

The usual Vietnamese menu... phò, grilled meat with noodles, rolls, etc. The waiter didn't speak Vietnamese but the kitchen staff does (we heard them through the kitchen doors). Prices are decent, taste is average. Portions are good I'd give 3.5 stars if I could.

The coconut with shrimps soup was really good. The spice level is good too

Taste is vietnamese but quantity too little versus other restos. Size should me medium and large instead of large/xl.
