Restaurant La Flamberie

I love this restaurant. I go often for breakfast, lunch. Great staff and amazing value

Reasonably priced, good food,filet mignon perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.

Cozy, good ambiance, the food is ok and service at the tables is as well.

This establishment has been around since the 80s. Its a local family type restaurant with something for everyone.

My wife used to call it the place that never disappoints.

However the recent change in ownership - came with changes in what we eat and how it served. Its not the same - I dont like the recent changes.

I dont like my pizza made from frozen precooked pizza dough, I dont like my draft beer in a glass smaller than my water glass and at a much higher price. I dont like the fancy portion reducing things they have done.

Its an old restaurant with an aging clientèle - leave what worked the way it was and add a NEW dish here and there - but dont mess with what worked - we were weekly customers and now your restaurant fell off the list. If food cost are increased - leave portions as is and increase price accordingly - do not start reducing and changing portions and plates with price increases - everyone notices this and they hate it.

Now you are paying for it - I see a lowered supper business - closing at 10pm on weekends - also not helping -is it because of the breakfast thing - there are 10 breakfast joints in the area.

Went on a thursday evening and did not regret it. The place is clean, modern and the staff is courteous. The place has an older crowd. Mostly families and gray haired people. I ordered a smoked meat sandwich the portion was generous and it tasted amazing. The only drawback is the parking. It's tight and "dingy"
