Sterlings Steakhouse - Seafood - Wine Bar - Cocktails - Happy Ho

Great overall experience!!! Just had my office holiday party and would recommend it to all who want a great and friendly vibe while enjoying A1 food!!

Sterling’s Steakhouse is definitely a 5 star restaurant. I have eaten there several times and the food has been delicious each time. The appetizers are great especially the French Onion Soup. In addition, the Seafood Pasta and Filet Mignon are phenomenal. The food is only complimented with the amazing service. My friends and I had Stephanie serve us last time and we were extremely pleased with how great her service was. The food came out in a reasonable time and she made sure we had everything we requested plus more. Thank you again Sterling’s Steakhouse for such wonderful experiences. I look forward to dining with you in the near future.

Overall nice restaurant, good food reasonably priced with comparable restaurants. The issue is with their customer service. I have been going there since they opened many years ago. In the last couple of years, have been going on a regular basis, 2 to 3 times a month especially in summer. Always at the Bar side. The owner-son recognizes us, but never acknowledges our presence. A smile, or quick Nice to see you, or thanks for visiting would be appreciated. When there was a Maitre D (Phil) he would always stop by at the table and chat a few moments, letting us know our patronage was appreciated. Unfortunately, he no longer works there, and no one seems to look after the patrons. The owner takes very good care of his personal friends and family, but doesn,t seem to appreciate regular customers. Too bad, I am now looking for some other restaurant where they can appreciate regular customers, and where I spend my money and feel appreciated as a customer. There are lots of other restaurants in Centropolis who appreciate my patronage.

They have great service. I had a reservation for 7pm, had to wait half an hour, but the hostess, kept reassuring us it won't be too long and apologized, for the wait. We were offered a round of drinks, and apologized once again, waitress was super nice and made sure we were ok and happy.
We recommend this restaurant to anyone.
