The food is excellent and the staff is awesome! The only reason why it's a 4/5 is because of their maple syrup on snow. It doesn't taste as good as most sugar Shack but their food is way way better.

We had an amazing experience at Charbonneau sugar Shack ! It's the best sugar Shack we have being so far! The Service is amazing. We arrived around 10h30am without reservation and they quickly accommodate us in a perfect spot inside of the chalet with a perfect view. The service inside is quick and really friendly. They explain us how they work, it's all you can eat and they bring the perfect amount of food all the time. The food is delicious, with three services and we finish really tasty desserts where we can use all the maple sirup we want !!! The value is just right for the amazing experience and we get coupons to taste the apple ciders and to get all maple syrup taffy on snow we can eat! After we ate, we took a small "Train/Truck" that get us to the Cider taste, which was delicious and then back to the sugar Shack chalet you have many activities for children, small animals and we could check all the Maple Sap Buckets around. They also have good products to buy in two stores, one near the cider and other one near the restaurant/chalet. It was an amazing experience and we had a fun and blessed day.
The parking is FREE and they always guide you to parking.

Tip: Make a reservation and Go early if you want walk around with less people. The rest, just ENJOY ! :-)
