    Best syrup in Québec. Unfortunately, they never registered to a taste competition. After tasting other winners from last year, I have to say their syrup is amazing.

    Service is great and everything is fine by the couple/owners themselves. They grow their own food, all organic, delicious!

    5/5 will go again.

    Notes: offer gluten free buckwheat alternative crêpes for intolerant folks. Vegetarian ans vegan food. Celíacs beware though.

    Indulge in the real pleasures of the "cabane à sucre" in a vegetarian manner. No compromises are made, the food is absolutely delicious. Original recipes by the owners that I wish I could reproduce! This is a magical place, an amazing spot in the middle of the forest. The installations and sap collection are all traditional, very nice to see. Bring snowshoes and sleds to enjoy the land surrounding the sugar shack while waiting to be summoned by the bell! I'm sure no one will be disappointed by the experience. Book way in advance. Be aware that the gravel road leading to the place could be at times too much for low-slung sports cars or cars with very skinny tires.
