Auberge Hôtel Spa Watel

Clean but over priced. Building is tired and needs upgrading. Parking is crowded and very slippery in the winter. In order to use the hot tubs, you need to walk through the main lobby. You need to be covered up and robes are available for $10 rental each which is ridiculously priced. WiFi did not work for us.

Room was ready at 10 am, we arrived for 11:30 and our massage was ready for 12 pm. Everything went well, timing was perfect. I reserved for two 60 minute full body massages that came with full day access to the spa and pool. We were not disappointed. It's a cute little spot, even the first floor 3 star rooms are nice. Big jacuzzi bath tub and two beds with all amenities. Price is fair, service is friendly and bilingual. We both spoke French regardless but it was nice that the service tried to speak English with us. I would reccomend this spa for a relaxing time. The views are also amazing, try going in the winter. View is unbeatable.

Very pleasant stay for a family of 4 at this hotel. Located across the street from the lake & beach. Hotel has warm indoor and outdoor pools and lots of spa hot tubs. Property is well looked after with beautiful flowers and outdoor furniture. Plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the views. Rooms are comfortable and have all the needed amenities. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Special thanks to Brigitte for her outstanding service. We would recommend this hotel and will gladly return.
