Beautiful and delicious food!! Excellent service, the desserts omg!!

Creative, delicious, really impressive cuisine, a fusion of nouvelle French and terroir with tapas-sized dishes, each one being a discovery. "Menu degustation" was the way to go. Casablanca cocktail was insane! Good wine list. Desserts were a crown, felt like licking the plate. Place is small and loud, with open kitchen which gives added character to the place. Waiters were great and worked all tables together, this made a great flow of the evening. I would call this the best food experience in Laurentians. Rival Maison Publique and Chasse-Gallerie in Montreal!

Service was quite slow. The food was not bad, it just really lacked the 'edge' and flavors were very shallow. One dish arrived with a really long hair curled in, and nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience except giving a shot of rum. Mediocre at best, and definitely too pricey.

Every course hit the mark. Flavourful, rich, and interesting. Neither too heavy, nor too light; the meal left me feeling just right. The front of house team and ambience was great too!
