    Do not put cheese in fridge. Natalie does not like that.

    Curd cheese is not that easy to find. I've tried many brands at different grocery stores but nothing compares with the homemade curd cheese from Qualite Summum. It's expensive, yes (over $20 for 2 lbs) but if you feel like a poutine fest this weekend, it's worth the drive on the South Shore. They open at 8:30 am on Saturday.

    Amazing poutine. Really great. New place to bring people who are visting. I agree that it's a bit hectic and minimal, but the food is something special.
