Amazing food. Garlic sauce is the best

Clean place but soggy veges in my sandwich. Had to reorder and pay for another after they cooked my falafel sandwich in a pannini press. 2 star for charging for the soggy sandwich and making me pay again for a normal.one.

Changing my rating to 3 star. I wa's disappointed I was charged after I handed back the cooked sandwich. Appreciate the effort after the fact. I was offered a refund when I asked for the sandwich back to give to my dog. He likes veges figured at least he would enjoy it since I had payed for it. But still dissapointed at employee customer satisfaction. Maybe change your pictures to reflect that they are cooked in pannini press now. . I like the soft pita bread with crisp lettuce and vegetables. Hard grilled pita bread and soggy lettuce vegetables isn't as appealing to me.

It was the best experience I've ever had in a Basha restaurant or any other Lebanese restaurant: Big portions of delicious juicy chicken and tasty potatoes for a reasonable price! As for their poutine.. It's a must try!
Besides, the place itself is very appetizing, all new and clean. Polite owners, friendly staff, and fast service. I'm certainly going back!
