Ofuro spa

I’m usually a big fan of hot and cold spas. I’ve been to 3 others in the Quebec area. Was so thrilled with this one.
My husbands massage was cut short about 10 minutes cause the sent him to the wrong area, men’s change rooms weren’t very clean. The variety in temperatures want great. I found the saunas almost too hot. I can usually last about 10 minutes but I couldn’t even last 2 in this place.
Beautiful location but the could up their game a little.

Love it. Quiet. Clean. Perfect to relax

Massages were amazing, I have fond memories of this place but the location is starting to look a little dated.

We went on December 1st. Lovely setting with interesting buildings and architecture. Service is mediocre. The 2 Saunas are dry ones. The pools seemed dated and one had no close by cold tub. The one in the lowest section had a moldy slimy wood step that I slipped on twice while getting out of the pool. I was trying to put on my slippers but the wood panel floor was too slimy. It was a small area but this should be avoidable seeing they do put rubber mats everywhere else.

The women's changing room doesn't have enough benches to put your stuff on. It felt cramped with 8 people near the lockers all trying to get dressed.

Overall it was relaxing but I wouldn't go back. I wanted to like the place more. I have been to other spas that are better taken care of and with better layout that made for a better experience.
