    My husband and I arrived at the Excelsior hotel after 9pm and asked at the reception desk if we could still have dinner at the restaurant on site. They called the restaurant and asked them to wait for two late hotel guests. We started with cheese sticks and salad followed by grilled butterfly shrimp with a side of veggies, rice, and potato wedges. To my surprise, everything was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. The two ladies that waited on us that night were efficient, polite, helpful, and happy to answer all our questions.
    We enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to return or to recommend the Amadeus restaurant to friends.

    Wonderful menu and an even better wine selection. One of the best spots in St-Adele for dining.

    Amazing meal, 4 delicious courses, great staff, and the Best chicken I've ever had. 5 stars, well earned. Simply amazing.

    Great place to stay, clean, friendly, competitive prices: outdoor and indoor hot tubs!!! The breakfast is ordinary, a little slow, and no gluten-free or healthy options.
