    Franchement inoubliable ! On trouve de tout et pour tous les goûts. Saucisses maison qui sortent de l'ordinaire (au chameau, à la poutine, etc), saumon fumé, jerky fumé, pizzas maison congelées, pâtés de tous genres et j'en passe. J'aimerais vraiment avoir un fumoir de cette qualité dans mon coin. Je le recommande fortement à tous.

    Delicious locally crafted meat products. The owner met us in the quaint little shop and talked about his products. It's lovely to see when someone is truly passionate. We tried elk and pheasant pâté, duck pâté, the most delectable marinated smoked trout (it is well worth the 10 hour drive from Ontario), and we even had some crocodile jerky! We would love to come back and definitely recommend this place to all.
