Nice coffee shop with good viennoiseries and espressos. Friendly service.

Nice warm and welcoming auberge, second time in this place. The rooms are well decorated, simple but clean, good quality of bed and linnen. A little more in the details could make the difference: not having to worry about having enough toilet paper or soap for the day would be nice, and cleaning the terrasse at the back of the building would make it awesome.

- perfect location in North Hatley near shops, restaurants and lake.
- plenty of free parking near the auberge.
- great interactif customer service via email - staff responds pretty quick to emailed questions.
- staff is bilingual and welcoming.
- delicious, complete home made breakfast included in your stay (thank you to the very courteous little boy who served us along with his dad)
- rooms are cozy with AC and free wifi (medium speed)
- bed is clean and comfortable ( i saw a truck unload brand new bamboo beds for this auberge ) the beds are trustworthy.
- fridge available in king bed room.
- bikes available for rides in and around town (courtesy of the owner). Overall I am a guest who normaly stays in hotels rather than auberges and RBNB but i was visiting Lumina Foresta that night and wanted to try this cute little auberge. Worth the stay :) the staff welcomed us with arms wide open and made us feel like home. We stayed in room 311 with beautiful view of the lake, top floor and would definitly come back. Stayed on a Monday - Tuesday, the location has a beautiful sinergy except alot of cute restorants me and my fiance wanted to try were closed ...

Great fromage et jambon crepes. Fresh squeezed O.J.. Fresh fruit and a mini smoothie. ALL very good. Recommended.
