“On our second day in Canada as international tourists , walked into this cozy place while driving through Port neuf ; it was late , 20:40 and their closing time is 21:00 but even though we were the last customers of the evening we were pleasantly welcomed by Anne Fredrick , the lovely charming young lady who made our evening special. With her approach and hospitality , She proved us the truth behind a famous Quote which says “ When customer comes first , the customer will Last “ She Made us feel special even though we were the last ones for the evening. We Could see how tirelessly the staff here work with a lovely smile, speaks volumes about the way the owner runs this place. Very professional indeed ! Miss Anne Fredrick was so patient, spoke very good English and helped us with the menu of traditional stuff For my daughter and special suggestions on vegetarian stuff for my wife as well. Kudos to the great management and yes the Pizza is a sure delight as many have already reviewed. Would definitely stop by again for the food which is so tasty but mainly for very good customer service !!!”

“The service was very good. The staff came to check on us every few minutes. The food was delicious! Soup, Coleslaw, then the main meat pie, eggs, sausage, ham, beans, and potatoes were all amazing! Then outside they poured the taffy onto the snow. They also have a bouncy castle outside and a big swing set for the kids to burn off all the sugar they ate! Place was great, biggest issue is the parking lot is small and has a lot of potholes. I will for sure go back with the family again”

“The only downside to this sensational place is that you WON'T WANT TO LEAVE. EVER! It is hands down one of our favorite getaway locations. While it's described as a cabin, if feels more like something out of a design magazine. It's full of natural light and minimalist in design but it's equipped with everything you need and more. We visited in the coldest part of winter and the heated floors and wood stove kept us toasty warm and very happy. The location is fabulous because it's the best of both worlds: a bit of seclusion and yet less than an hour away from Quebec City. The best part of all is the lovely hostess Izabel. Whether you prefer to be 100% on your own or have advice every few hours, she's there for you (or not)! Oh, and the river behind the property makes for beautiful walks just out the back door. We'll be going back for sure.”

The staff was very considerate and welcoming as I spoke English which the waitress handled very well. The food was superb in portions to satisfy the hungriest customer. I was totally pleased with each and every meal as I ate there five days in a row. from poutine, Italian to General Taus Chicken I have never seen such variety and just good food in one place.On returning to Hernando Beach Florida I can only wish they had a branch here! Not to be missed if you are in the Portneuf area!”

“Simply Wow! First of all, the view was fantastic. It's on the pier, and the sight is breathtaking. I went there for the first time close to sundown, and it was magnificent. Then, I ordered the fish n chips and it was delicious. The portion was big and very filling. The flavor was perfect; I am very satisfied with what I received. Furthermore, the service was extremely courteous and everyone was so welcoming. The cook, and owner, even came out smiling to talk to us. All in all, it was a charming experience, and a memorable time I had. I will most definitely come back. Sadly, the only downside is that this restaurant only opens during the summer, I believe. It was worth every to me.”

“Stop looking this is the Best place in the area. Just a fantastic place for food with fast and friendly service and beautiful decor! Local source food make this place a most in the area. Big parking and a reserved one for motorcycles. The food is great and local, the place look good and the patio is beautiful with a breath taking view. They can accommodate large groupe. The beer and liquor selection is great, I did not have a look at the wine list. And the look of the place manage to by rustic and classy at the same time. All around a great place! Lot to do in this region too. Definitely the best stop in the region.”
