Great service and portions

Burger was tasty and fresh. However, I find their quality to be hit and miss. For example this last visit our fries where undercooked, and cold. Will still go back though.

Not a bad experience per say, but doesn't seem as nicely run as others. There was only 1 employee taking the orders during supper rush and when more arrived, they simply stayed in the back talking and laughing. The meal was prepared in a decent way, but burned/sloppy desserts. The onion ring bag had very few in them (like a kids meal) and for some reason, one of the donuts bags was missing 3. No one was rude or anything, but perhaps not as professional of a service as I'd expect from a food chain.
