Wonderful slice of old Quebec location and traditions. Pierre and his team are wonderful hosts. They are very interested and active in keeping this sugaring business going and to share with visitors. The meal, style of dining, service: all excellent. The sugar operation and baking operation: excellent. We particularly enjoyed the gift shop attended by a lovely, knowledgeable lady. Our purchases will serve as fine souvenirs and useful for us as we remember a great visit.

Quaint place. Owner gives a tour of the place and shows you how and where they make the maple syrup. They have a large dining room available for events and large tour groups. Prices are reasonable for a large meal. Setting looks like you went back in time 150 yrs.

Great place to stop. Friendly staff, nice and cozy atmosphere, great food and spectacular live performances. There was a variety of great food, some examples being bread, soup, ham and meat pie. Would recommend if you are near the area and looking for a cozy place.

We absolutely love this place. Set in a forest in a mountain, I have been going since I was a child and now bring my kids. Everyone loves the authentic experience. Live music, friendly staff and of course the food is delicious. We had a horse and carriage bring us from the parking lot to the cabin which kicked off such a charming experience.
