“Extremely slow and uncoordinated staff; the manager looks younger than some of the subordinates. This results in chaotically long lines & masses of people waiting for their orders post-payment without room to stand. I've waited 15 minutes for a coffee before and it wasn't even peak hours. I know it's a busy spot but you have to fix the staffing. The food is done well so no complaints for the cooks. My order has always been correct so no complaints there either. Such a hot location should HIRE MORE CASHIERS AND BETTER MANAGERS.”

“I loved the vibes here! Great tunes, the interior is very fun but feels casual. Therefore, I didn't know what to expect food-wise. And the food was GREAT. For real. “The food here was SO MUCH BETTER than ANY McDonald's in the US! Fries were so delicious and perfectly cooked! The meat actually was about the same size of the bun. The bun was soft and fresh. It took longer to get my food, but it was worth the wait! AND they have the double hamburger meal - no longer available in the States! So good!! Plus, it's open 24 hours. That was great since we were walking at 3 a.m. In the States, most if not all locations only offer drive thru after certain times.”

“This location has salads if you wish to skip fries. However, the service could be much better if team work was practiced. You see a lack of team work in the mornings. Drive through service is the hardest. Often, my drive through orders are incorrect - items missing in a large order for four (fries and wrong condiments on special orders including sandwiches and hot drinks). My issues have been with this location's drive through which would be more convenient if it worked properly. On the other hand, the in service at this location is good especially if you have little ones. They have a large playground an is open 24 hours.”
