“Our server “Alex” was phenomenal. She was very attentive and friendly, and made sure we were always looked after in a timely manner. She was very bubbly and happy and seemed to enjoy her job! Definitely a positive experience versus the other Crabby Joe’s we have been to up on Oxford Street where we’ve encountered some rude, miserable staff. Our food at this location was great, and served to us fast! And Alex often checked up on us to make sure we were okay and satisfied. The atmosphere was good too. We enjoyed our Mohito’s and our $5.00 Jolly Rancher Martini’s! Definitely will be back! Alex deserves a raise.”

“If you have a big appetite looking for a good place to have lunch, King's Buffet is not a bad choice. Quite a bit cheaper than that "other" Chinese buffet place. We went in on a Monday and it was not busy at all. They do not have a huge selection of food but got all the standard fares. Over all food quality is decent. There are pieces of chicken kebab that are visibly not as fresh as some and some dessert pastries seems a bit old, not as flaky as fresh ones. Our waitress was great, very cheerful and made our lunch very pleasant.”

“This is a cute little restaurant by a gas station. Do arrive by 6:30pm or else you can’t get in. The food is excellent and the service is superb. The beverage and coffee are included. You just help yourself with it. The server is so pleasant and helpful. We have that amazing breakfast - the potato patties are the best and so are the meats. Lots of jams and peanut butter to choose from. Everything is cooked to exactly what you asked - the server asked you how you want each item to be cooked and they delivered perfectly. I saw other customers having poutines and pizza. They also look delicious. Will try them next time. 5 Stars Plus !!!!”

“So, I was apprehensive about going here because the menu was not the sort of food I was looking for and tbh the amount/type of “vegetarian” and “fried” foods offered was not getting me excited about meeting up here but it was where everyone wanted to go. I was really pleasantly surprised. The experience blew past my expectations and I loved my food the drinks and environment. I ended up having a wood fired pizza special that was the BOMB! And a delicious tropical drink. Service was friendly and helpful and food was fantastic! As someone who didn’t even want to go now I want to go back! Hahaha! Going to try and squeeze another meal in before going back out West. Two thumbs up!! I would have given this a 5/5 but because I got the special I’m not sure what I will have next time. I do wish they had a few more options that were more to my taste for pub fare but who knows, I may love it.”

“Very nice atmosphere by the fireplace, and service by Owen was excellent. My wife's Reuben was great. I tried the Thai curry chicken salad wrap. They say you should try different things. "They" are not right! I should have gone with a burger or something an old guy like me would like. Anyway, I highly recommend this place. Great local draught selection. Just, if your like me, maybe stick to something you know on the menu. Or, swap with your wife.”

“I didn't realize this place even had food! My friends and I dropped in late after the Opera, just before closing time. The owner was such a sweetheart with lots of interesting stories. This is not a fancy place, however it is a very well-loved local Hangout! Friendly and fun and they had to Guinness on tap!”

“Wednesday November 27 2019. The food was not good, it was an experience. Both my man and I agree that it was the best sushi we've ever had. We went in tired, cranky and hungry. We left happy hearted and changed by the quality of food. The decor was nice warm clean and friendly. The background music was a really nice choice. It's worth the drive to Bracebridge for The Wabora experience. My compliments to the chefs. I highly recommend this place.”
