    Really nice spotted hotel, I took the grand deluxe villa room and the walls was to thin that I could hear my neighbor snoring, the food was just ok

    This review refers to the restaurant, Fuego. The hotel itself looks very nice, but I didn't stay there. The restaurant also looks really nice, it's in an open space above the reception. The food however, wasn't that great. I had a pasta that had a watery sauce and just didn't hit the spot. My fiance had the quail and she really liked it, so your mileage may vary.

    The restaurant, Fuego is now my new favorite spot in the Valle de Guadalupe. I've been going for years and have never gotten enough of the rustic high end local feel and cuisine! Go once and you'll be hooked, but make a good plan and see at least 4 wineries in a day or you're missing out!

    Beautiful place. The service is excellent for both the hotel and restaurant. Mostly Spanish speaking but we got by. The room was very cute and authentic. I thought the restaurant food was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Horses to visit and/or ride, lovely pool, several lounging areas.
