PANCAKE REPUBLIC

Friendly staff, but I was expecting the food to be good. My bf and I ordered the chilequiles con huevos y salsa verde. He thought they were great and I thought they were terrible. Mine was very soggy and the chips didn't taste fresh and when I cut open my eggs, a bunch of water spilled out. The green juice was very tasty though! Probably better for pancakes or crepes, might try it again next time, but there are much better places.

Best pancakes in the Rosarito-Tijuana area. They are fluffy and delicious and the mango sauce is by far the best I've tried. 100% recommended. Great service too, all around a great place.

Excellent! Outstanding! Beyond pleased with everything about the whole experience! The Service ~ Extremely fast, almost surprisingly, and Alejandro was an amazing waiter! Two other servers checked on us also throughout our meal and they too were courteous and efficient. The Portions ~ Man, I can eat.. but the ginormous portions provided were enough for almost two meals! Totally worth the price. And The Quality ~ So delicious that I would go back for dinner and have the same thing! We were sharing off of each other's plates because everything was That Good! (Shrimp Omelette, Chilaquiles Rojos with eggs, and a Chicken Club sandwich with a mountain of fries) Will most definitely return very soon. ????

The food was delicious! They give you a lot of food. I was not able to finish. We both had fresh squeezed orange juice which was also very tasty. The staff were very nice and the food came quickly. Nice flavors as well.
