“Arrived shortly before closing time, staff was very accommodating and welcoming. the food was freshly made and we even has table side fresh salsa provided multiple times during the meal. Attached to a coffee shop, there is a perfect lunge area to hang before or after your meal. Very unique atmosphere that is a site to see on its own. One big plus I appreciated being an international driving visitor was the security guard that patrolled the parking area out front.”

“The bar tender was right on. You could get good food and drinks while checking out the waves. To find this place go the Castillo hotel walk past the check point (no problem or hassle with attendant) turn left and go down the stairs leading to the beach.”

I got the Breakfast Special. It's big enough for two people to share. The sausage was very good! Fat Cat is a clean restaurant with friendly staff. They have indoor and outdoor seating. “07/15/18 It's a little hard to find if you're not driving slowly or carefully looking for it but once you do, there's a parking lot across the street behind the second hand store. very nice and cozy place in the food is always made fresh! So far I have not been disappointed whatsoever. They do have daily and weekly specials from what I'm told. And their waters are made fresh on a daily basis except for Sunday. This place has the option of indoor or outdoor seating. The front porch only has one table and it seems to be very popular so first come first serve! I have not tried everything on the menu just yet but from what I have tasted, I have not been disappointed whatsoever! I do recommend this place especially if you want to have a good home cooked meal and if you want to get away from all the Racket and Scandal of the strip!”
