    I ate last night at Pacheco's Cantina Grill. My wife, granddaughter and a friend of ours all went for dinner. The first thing I noticed was the ambience is very nice and relaxing. The food was amazing. It's nice finding these little restaurants where the owners and chefs take real pride in the food preparation and presentation. We each had something different, I being more of the gringo, enjoyed the enchiladas and the appetizers were amazing. You will not be disappointed in stopping in for some great food. If you are lucky enough to meet the owners Veronica and Ernesto, then you are in for a real treat. And if you are wondering why a 4 instead of a 5, well, when they get their espresso machine in, I'll be back, and then I can give them a 5...but if you are not a espresso drinker, take my review as a 5. Enjoy!
