Ordered Uber eats and received both my fish soups with the lid melted.
Gobernador tacos are weak and small.
Food is decent at best but would not order out.
Also if your near Tito’s is a far better choice -

(June 15, 2018, 2:33 am)Best seafood place in Playas de Tijuana. Food is phenomenal. I reccommend the octopus cerviche. Beer and drinks here are excellent as well. "Hurricanes" from here will put you under, be careful! I would highly reccommend this restaurant. Great views and pretty good service. Five star food. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Not super cheap but very good for beach front food.

(May 19, 2018, 10:08 pm)Great ceviche, fish tacos and cold beer. I recommend the Zarzuela taco which is a mix of shrimp and octopus with sauteed veggies sprinkled with some seasoning, excellent. Friendly staff and great view of the beach.
